
The Expanding Your Horizons conference is a full day of events at which middle-school age girls attend hands-on workshops led by local women who are pursuing careers in math, science, engineering, and other technology-based fields. The goals of the conference are to foster an awareness of diverse career opportunities, to provide young women with contacts with professional women, and to encourage young women’s interest in science and math.
