Home School and Immersion 2010
 
Homeschool Only Day – April 19, 2010
On this day no school groups are allowed to sign up for Immersion Days. Only homeschool children will be allowed to participate.
 
Individual reservations are allowed this year but only on Homeschool Day. Homeschool groups of 10 to 20 are encouraged to make group reservations.
 
All reservations must be prepaid! If there are fewer than 20 prepaid students by April 12, 2010 Homeschoool Day will be canceled.
 
The suggested ages for Immersion Day is 8 years old but we will allow children as young as 4 to participate with restrictions.
 
Children ages 4 to 7 can only participate in these activities
          Boat ride
          Canal Life
          Buoyancy – children cannot participate in the canal boat pull but they are allowed to   participate in the make a boat activity.
          Children can only watch the blacksmithing – they are not                                                   allowed in the blacksmithing area
 
All participating children (ages 4 and older) must pay $12 each.
 
Children ages 3 and older who do not participate in the activities but who wish to go on the boat ride must pay $4.00 for the boat ride.
 
Only one chaperon per child or groups of homeschoolers allowed.  Additional family members must pay for their canal boat ride.
 
All activities are based on groups of 5 to 10. Children who make individual reservations will be placed into these groupings.
 
 
Reservations and Payment Policies:  To reserve Immersion Day for your children, call 610.515.8000 and press #2 on the menu.  The $12 fee is non-refundable.
