 ite Railroads"\, we are focusing on the iron horses that replaced canals t
 o transport goods and people.  The evening’s speaker Don Young will reg
 ale guests with stories of the birth of railroads in the Lehigh Valley.  
 Dave Matsinko will perform traditional folk music from the railroad era. 
  Culinary Experts will serve a dinner inspired by the dining car menus of 
 the Lehigh Valley Railroad.  We may even experience a train passing once
  or twice during the cruise.\n\n\n\nThis dinner will be held on the porch
