Vary up your exercise routine and meet new people\, learn new things\, and experience different areas of the D&\;L trail.  \n\n  Although these trail walks are free\, we do still ask that you sign up f or them so that we can control the number of people walking.  Walking wit h a group is fun\, energizing and social\; walking in a horde is not. We a re limiting our walk to 30 people.   \n\nCancellation policy: We will c ancel if the heat index is above 92\, if it is expected to rain during the walk or if there were heavy rains leading up to the walk that made the tr ail difficult to navigate.  \n\nRescheduling: Not all walks have rain da tes. Walkers will fall behind\, so grab that bike and push your comfort levels! Join us on a 4-mile bike r ide along the Saucon Rail Trail.
