SUMMARY:Health &amp\; Heritage Walk - Becoming a Backyard Naturalist
DESCRIPTION:Get Your Tail on the Trail is offering a free trail walking pro
 gram this year. Vary up your exercise routine and meet new people\, learn 
 new things\, and experience different areas of the D&amp\;L trail.  \n\n
  Although these trail walks are free\, we do still ask that you sign up f
 or them so that we can control the number of people walking.  Walking wit
 h a group is fun\, energizing and social\; walking in a horde is not. We a
 re limiting our walk to 30 people.   \n\nCancellation policy: We will c
 ancel if the heat index is above 92\, if it is expected to rain during the
  walk or if there were heavy rains leading up to the walk that made the tr
 ail difficult to navigate.  \n\nRescheduling: Not all walks have rain da
 tes. Please check the description to see if there is a rain date. You can 
 also check out tailonthetrail.org the day of the event. If it is cancelled

 ------------------------------------------\nBecoming a Backyard Naturalist
  \nCelebrate Trails Day by joining us for a guided two-mile walk along th
 e D&amp\;L Trail. We will focus on developing backyard naturalist skills t
 hrough nature journaling and the iNaturalist app. This walk is appropriate
  for all levels including families. There will be an opportunity for those
  taking part to pause and reflect on the nature around them.  \nMeet at 
 the bathrooms by the start of the trail.  Leader: Brit Kondravy\nSign-up
