Notice: Reduced 2026 Schedule

Due to planned construction on the Glendon Hill Road Bridge, the National Canal Museum will operate on a shortened schedule this year. Our 2026 season will be open from Friday, March 27 through the end of May. Public canal boat rides will not be offered during the 2026 season.

Bike, don’t walk, through geological history! Walkers will fall behind, so grab that bike and ride along. Join us on a 4-mile bike ride along the Saucon Rail Trail. From ancient oceans to primeval swamps to iron furnaces and cement factories we will trace our geologic past over hundreds of millions of years and learn how it impacts our present.

Terrain: flat and easy
