Notice: Reduced 2026 Schedule

Due to planned construction on the Glendon Hill Road Bridge, the National Canal Museum will operate on a shortened schedule this year. Our 2026 season will run from Friday, March 27 through the end of May. Public canal boat rides will not be offered during the 2026 season.

DLNHC Member EVENT: Boilo Your Worries Away!

DLNHC has a member event planned that will warm you right to your core! Join us for the National Canal Museum 2023 Special Exhibition Closing Event for “Coal Country Portraits.” You will be able to explore the gallery with the exhibition creators one last time and sip a special Yuletide drink well-known throughout the Anthracite Region.

RSVP is required.

Free for DLNHC members and $5 for member’s guests.
$10 for non-members attending without a member.
