Due to planned construction on the Glendon Hill Road Bridge, the National Canal Museum will operate on a shortened schedule this year. Our 2026 season will be open from Friday, March 27 through the end of May. Public canal boat rides will not be offered during the 2026 season.

Discover Hugh Moore Park’s fascinating past during a one-hour, guided walking tour to explore its industrial ruins. Participants will learn about the Lucy Furnace and Glendon Iron Works, the Abbott Street industrial complex, and telegraph communications. Fee: $5 (free for D&L Members). Masks are required and tours will be limited to 10 people. Check our website for additional details.
