The Delaware & Lehigh National Heritage Corridor (DLNHC) will be hosting a Volunteer Fair to celebrate a new year of volunteering within the Corridor! The DLNHC preserves, interprets, and leverages the nationally significant history of the over 165-mile transportation route between Wilkes-Barre and Bristol, Pennsylvania. By building and maintaining public and private partnerships, we create community connections. We could not accomplish this if we didn’t have an incredible group of volunteers supporting the organization.
The Volunteer Fair will celebrate all of the incredible volunteers we have while also creating new volunteer connections in the community. All are welcome, in fact, bring your friends and family too! We will be providing updated information about the organization, recruiting for upcoming volunteer opportunities, and sharing important dates for the year.
Volunteering at the DLNHC is a great way to learn more about local history, stay active on the D&L Trail, and/or meet new people at community events!
Snacks and beverages will be provided.
