Notice: Reduced 2026 Schedule

Due to planned construction on the Glendon Hill Road Bridge, the National Canal Museum will operate on a shortened schedule this year. Our 2026 season will run from Friday, March 27 through the end of May. Public canal boat rides will not be offered during the 2026 season.

National Canal Museum - Hours

Daily Hours  (Subject to change)

April through May:
Wednesday-Friday, 9:30am-3:30pm
Saturday-Sunday: 10:30am-4:30pm

June through September:
Wednesday-Sunday, 10:30am-4:30pm, Public Canal Boat Rides at 12pm, 1:30pm, and 3:00pm.

October:
Wednesday-Friday, 9:30-3:30pm
Saturday-Sunday, 10:30-4:30pm,  Public Canal Boat Rides at 12pm, 1:30pm, and 3:00pm.

November 6 – December 21:
Thursday-Friday 9:30am-2:30pm
Saturday-Sunday: 10:30am-3:30pm

Canal Boat Ride Schedule: Departing Daily at 12pm, 1:30pm, and 3pm.  Schedule subject to change.

Note: Canal Boat Rides have officially concluded for the 2025 season.
